My Counseling Philosophy
Missy is directional in her therapy approach. She doesn’t just sit and listen to couples fight nor does she do all the talking. She gives practical steps from a plan developed together with you to give you a roadmap and direction.
Healthy marriages, great parenting and helping hurting people are not only Missy’s vocation but also her passion. She enjoys walking along side of people 20 years old and up in helping them achieve a healthy, peaceful and fulfilling life. It’s her goal to provide compassion, safety, and direction for people who have come to the end of their rope with overwhelming life circumstances or have been hurt by others and need to find help, hope and healing. Missy incorporates Christian doctrine into her sessions if this is a desire of yours.
